1 – BOOKING

In order to proceed to the accommadion réservation, a rental contract will be drawn up that the tenant will return signed with the payment of a deposit of 25% of the rental amount. This payment will be made by bank transfer.

2 – PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE

The balance of the amount of the rent indicated will correspond to the deduction of the amount of the deposit to which will be added the amount of the tourist tax. It will be paid by the tenant at the latest the day before entering the accommodation. The tenant will pay by bank transfer.

3 – SECURITY DEPOSIT

Upon entering the premises, the tenant will remit to the owner an amount of 800 euros as a security deposit intended to cover damage and for degradation of the accommodation and of the furniture and objects furnishing the accommodation caused by the tenant as well as the loss of keys and objects.

The security deposit will be constituted by the handing over either of a deposit check signed to the order of the tenant, or of cash that the latter will return subject to inventory and proper inventory when returning keys.

4 – ASSIGNMENT AND SUBLET

This rental contract is concluded only for the benefit of the sole tenant indentified at the head of the contract.

Any assignment of this lease, any total or partial subletting, any provision – even free – is strictly prohibited.

The tenant may not leave the disposal of the premises even free of charge and/or by loan to a person foreign to his home.

5 – OBLIGATIONS OF THE TENANT

The tenant will peacefully use the rented accommodation and the furniture and equipment according to the destination given to them by the lease and will respond to degradations and losses which could occur during the term of the contract in the premises of which he has exclusive enjoyment.

The tenant will maintain the rented accommodation and will return it in a good state of cleanliness and rental repairs at the end of the contract.

If items appearing in the inventory are broken or damaged, the owner may claim their replacement value.

He must avoid any noise likely to disturb the neighbours, especially those emitted by radio, télévision and other devices.

The tenant may not exercice any recourse against the owner in the event of theft and depradation in the rented premises.

He will respect the maximum number of people who can enter the premises, in accordance with the description given to him.

The tenant will not be able to oppose the visit of the premises if the owner or his agent so request.

Pets are not accepted.

6 – CANCELLATION

The cancellation conditions stipulated in the contract are applicable.

7 – INSURANCES

The tenant has taken out comprehensive insurance in order to protect himself against the rental risks (water damage, fires…) when booking.

A copy of the insurance policy may be requested bu the owner from the tenant upon entering the premises.
