Season 2023 : from May 17th to Sept. 24th.

• Weekly rental : 5 775 euros/week
  • 20% off for 2 consecutive weeks
• Off season rental (minimum 2 nights) : 790€/night
  • 15% off if 3 nights or more.
• Tourist tax not included : 5.5% of the total night cost, due by each adult/day, limited to 4.40€/night/adult.

Additional information:

•  Towels and sheets provided
• Cleaning fees included

Arrival/Departure time:

• Arriving time : 4 p.m.
• Departure time : 10 a.m.

RESERVATION CONTRACT :

• 25% deposit at the time of booking, by Bank transfer
• Balance + Tourist tax : 1 week prior to arrival, by Bank transfer
• A first guarantee deposit of 700 euros will be required at your arrival and returned at the end of the stay after inventory, under condition that no damage is shown by the inventory.
• A second guarantee deposit of 200 euros will be required at your arrival and returned at the end of the stay under condition that the house will be properly tied up (the kitchen in particular).

• Terms of cancelation :

1. 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
2. 50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
3. No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
